Who are you?

We are from the Matsés tribe. The MatsesHerbs.com store was founded in 2017. We believe that teaching plants can help humanity grow. The parents, our goal is to help save this knowledge for later generations.
We are in the Amazon – Peru and we feel blessed to be able to share the best of both worlds.

Minimum orders are accepted

Every customer is important to us. If you need 5 gr or 5 kg, if you want to spend $ 10.- or $ 100.-. Then the good news is; we accept minimum orders

Is my personal information safe with your company?

When you enter the website, the connection is secured by SSL. By placing your order with us, your personal information is completely safe. All personal information you provide is transmitted through 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your personal information is contained behind secure networks to keep information confidential.

What are its terms and conditions?

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. We have thousands of direct jungle products, without intermediaries and at the best price . If you are looking for a product and can not find it in our shop, Contact Us “we have it for you”. When you send and confirm your order, we will immediately prepare and reserve the items in the order, which allows you to send them immediately after receiving the payment.

Do you include information in the package?

Your package will contain the products you ordered and, in most cases, a selection of free incenses or samples. We DO NOT include any information about the application or the purpose of the products. We do not include your invoice or any reference to this website. Your package will be discreet, professionally packaged and clearly labeled.

Do you guarantee the quality of the herbs I order?

We guarantee our products are fresh, genuine and correctly identified, and meet common standards. We can not guarantee the effectiveness of the product in relation to a particular use or purpose.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Peru, five times a week.
We offer FOLLOW-UP on all orders. These orders are shipped with a normal publication.
Most arrive in 10 days, but due to normal customs procedures and postal service schedules can take up to 4 weeks. We offer two methods of REGISTERED presentations. All shipments are traceable.

  • STANDARD INTERNATIONAL: shipment with tracking. Estimated Arrival Time 15-30 days.
  • DHL EXPRESS:  shipment with tracking. Estimated time of arrival: 4 – 5 days

Are shipments trackable?

Yes. All packages are shipped with tracking, which means that the package can be tracked, requires signature and will be returned to us in case it can not be delivered. Therefore, your orders are shipped quickly and safely, and will not be lost or delivered to the wrong person. After we send your order, we will send you the tracking details. It may take up to 48 hours before the tracking data becomes visible.

Where can I track shipping?

Shipments can be tracked on the world’s leading tracking platform, here: USPS, DHL, 17TRACK.NET 

When tracking my item, what does “shipment not trackable or number not found” mean?

His number has not been found at this time. It may not be in the system yet. Please try again later. This can be caused by a number of reasons:

The carrier has not entered the tracking information into their system.

Generally, after the sender ships the package, the package will be processed by the carrier and will enter the tracking information. There may be a delay between scanning and tracking availability on your systems. It normally takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try again later.     

What happens if delivery is delayed?

The customs or plant inspection authorities can examine your package and delay delivery. Your mailman may try to deliver the package, but you can not leave a delivery note. Be sure to read our mail for tracking data and further instructions.

Do you reimburse for lost orders?

We rarely find loss of our packages. When it can not be delivered, it will always be returned to us. Shipping may take up to 5 weeks before a package is returned.

Do you refund returned orders?

When in transit for long periods of time, herbs can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock the returned products. Due to this, we can not guarantee the full refund of the returned orders. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international bank cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Western Union, Western Union, bank transfers, Moneygram, Bitcoin and cash by postal mail. Payment options are described during payment.

Do you send packages to a different address than mine?

Yes, you can enter the delivery address during the payment. Send message to another person, request the recipient’s email address, to send mail with instructions to the recipient.
