The information provided by Matses Herbs, through this website, or by its employees by telephone, fax, email or other transmission, including links to or from this site, is exclusively for historical, scientific and educational purposes and should never be construed as a recommendation for a specific use of our products. We can not accept any liability or obligation for the information you provide. The use and application of our products depend exclusively on the customer’s decision, responsibility and risk.
Years
To place an order, the customer must be 18 years or older. Therefore, each order is considered to conform to this condition.
Account
When you create a customer account, you must enter your full and accurate full name. When you place an order, you must enter the correct shipping address and phone number. Otherwise, your shipment may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect data.

Order Confirmation
You will receive immediate confirmation by email when you place your order and within 24 hours after payment we will process your order.
Purpose of the Product
We make our products available for the sole purpose of educating consumers about the value and ethnographic and botanical interest of these products. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption or for cosmetic use and assume no responsibility for individual use. We maintain strict standards for identifying and obtaining products of the highest quality from the purest sources, however, we assume no responsibility for the results of experimentation and use.

Shipping Policy
As the products we sell are natural and largely based on plants, some may be restricted in your country. The products that are illegal in your country are not able to place the order. However, it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for the packages due to loss by the shipper or returned, seized or destroyed products due to unforeseen customs regulations.
We currently ship from Peru to worldwide. All our prices include registered standard shipping (with tracking). During check-out you have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service. If you need an expedited shipment or any other special option, you must contact us by email before finalizing the payment.
Return Policy
We offer a 30 day money back policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment, the buyer must contact us. Refunds will be given as refund or replacement. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The item must be returned in its original unopened condition for a refund. Some products may dry out or deteriorate for long periods of time and while in transit, decreasing in value. In such cases, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we can not fully refund these returned orders. Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you decide to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery. If you have already received your package, DO NOT return it until we have given you instructions on how and how you can do it. In principle, all sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when problems arise.
